Son Bonaventura dates back to the 1950’s. It was originally a farm. The Finca has 25 hectares and 2 dwelling houses. Protecting the island’s land and local agriculture by producing olive oil, wine, honey, lavender essential oil… all while modifying cultivation techniques towards permaculture are the agricultural aims sought by Son Bonaventura today. |
