| Immense wine enthusiasts, we wanted to take advantage of the location and the privileged area at Son Bonaventura to produce our own wine. |
It was in this spirit that we recently planted the heart of our Estate with vines of 3 different varieties: Syrah, Macabeu and Malvasia; 3,800 vines spread over 2 hectares.
>1 additional hectare of vines will be planted in 2021.

Wine production will not begin until 2024 yet we’re already anxious to taste our very first vintage! Three hectares of vines can produce more than 10,000 bottles a year. It’s a real challenge for Son Bonaventura.
