Why not take advantage of all this space to produce our own fruits and vegetables?

In addition to the unique taste of the products harvested on one’s own land, it is a real pleasure, and a luxury, to be able to choose your food directly from your garden!

Having a vegetable patch is all a part of the spirit of Son Bonaventura. When you look at different forms of agriculture, vegetable patches are the symbol of the symbiosis with nature through the assurance of a varied and healthy seasonal diet.

There’s also great pleasure to be found in introducing them to little children to seasonal fruits and vegetables, planting and cultivating with them and then collecting, cooking and eating together. It’s a cycle that is rather unknown to many young people whose development is our responsibility. Unfortunately, not everyone is lucky enough to have their own vegetable patch at home!
